All sessions include time working towards your specific goals by working with the child, working with and teaching you as the parent what I am doing and why I am doing it. You will gain the tools, skills and strategies you need to implement change for when I’m not there to cue and guide you. Think of each session- not as the cost per hour but rather as the investment to get the results you need for your child and family. ​

PARENT COLLABORATIVE CONSULTATIONS
$200

A parent collaborative consultations are parent only meetings. Often parents/caregivers are looking for specific tools, skills and strategies to use with their child(ren) and want to meet directly with our therapists. These visits may also be helpful when the schedule does not allow for direct visits with the child.

CARE CONFERENCE MEETINGS: IEP MEETINGS, DAYCARE OR CLASSROOM OBSERVATIONS, TEAM/COLLABORATIVE MEETINGS
$115.00 per hour

Observing, working and problem solving alongside teachers, providers and other professionals to advocate for your child and meet their needs in all environments.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Evaluation + Continued Services

We will meet with you and your child and/or family in your home to gain a better understanding of your concerns, needs and struggles. Together we will build a care plan that fits your needs and goals that we can work towards and meet!

The first time we meet it will be helpful to have as much information available as possible (medical history, IEP forms, list of struggles and concerns, videos, etc.). Discuss the evaluation prior to my arrival to prepare your child, children and family--we want everyone to be part of the process.

Here is what you can expect to get following the evaluation: 

INDIVIDUALIZED AND COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION

  • Results and explanation of testing results (testing depends on individual needs)

  • A plan for continued services (if needed)

  • Goals to work together to achieve 

TAILORED TREATMENT SESSIONS

  • Specific goals for each session

  • Therapist will model skills to focus on

  • Therapist will coach parents/caregivers hands on to practice skills 

  • Resources, tools and hand-outs provided throughout your care

HANDS ON APPROACH

  • All caregivers are involved throughout plan of care to practice tools and skills with the child 

  • Therapist will help you to be comfortable with skills so that they can be used outside of therapy sessions

ONGOING ASSESSMENT & REFLECTION

  • Our aim is to get children and families meeting their goals as quickly as possible

  • We use ongoing assessment and reflection to help you graduate from our services!
